Study Of Airport Development Through Smart Airport Concept Approach In Supporting National Tourism Strategic Area In South Sulawesi Province

Abstract The aim of the research is to analyze a study quality development Sultan Hasanuddin International airport through concept Smart Airport. methodology using descriptive quantitative and qualitatifve research. analysis in this use scale likert path with help SmartPLS software. results showed that performance level services Makassar based on performances attributes, namely reliability, responsiveness, assurance, empathy tangible customer satisfaction. indicate significant indirect or direct effect value r-square 0.823 > 0.70 at satisfaction 0.6278 0.70, it can be concluded variables indicators are reliable because they fulfill requirements 0.70. In case T-value < 1.96 P-value 0.05. Thus, X4 variable has not Y its indicators. Based research, conceptual approach Airport Hoped future will further improved considering planned go Makassara erocity aerotropolis as supported technological service innovation provides basic infrastructure so all activities well connected.
